We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements—every MioDore creation ships to you at no additional cost.

Standard International Shipping

Delivery Time: 5-21 business days

Our jewelry is shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners in China to ensure the highest quality and authenticity. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Processing Time


Each MioDore creation undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before leaving our facilities. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations


We ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and contact information.

Currently Unable to Ship To:

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to certain regions. If your location is not available during checkout, we regret that we cannot fulfill orders to that destination at this time.

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may monitor your shipment's progress through the tracking number provided. 

Please note: Tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch, and updates during international transit may be intermittent.

Customs & Duties


International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important: MioDore is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total or our complimentary shipping.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

Customs Documentation

All international shipments include the necessary customs declaration forms. MioDore complies with all international shipping regulations to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control. Delays due to customs inspection or clearance are not included in our estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Your jewelry is precious to us, and we treat it as such. Every piece is:
- Carefully inspected for quality
- Elegantly wrapped in protective materials
- Placed in a beautiful jewelry box
- Secured in a discreet outer shipping package for safe transit

Delivery Requirements


Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed: 
- Unclaimed packages may be returned to sender

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. MioDore cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping.

Shipping Restrictions


We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes in certain locations (depending on courier capabilities)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Regions with shipping restrictions or embargoes

Order Status & Delays


Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For questions about your order, please contact our Client Relations team.

Extended Delivery Times

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partners and work to resolve the situation.

Please note: We require customers to wait at least 30 days from dispatch date before filing a lost package claim, as international shipping can experience delays beyond our control.

Damaged Items


Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will assess the damage and provide an appropriate solution.

Important: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period cannot be accommodated.

Cannot Change Address After Dispatch


Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

 Peak Seasons


During peak shopping periods such as holidays and special sales events, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will notify you of any anticipated delays.
