Due to the nature of our fine jewelry and the care invested in each piece, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on any purchases.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we understand that sizing issues may occur.
Size Exchange Policy
If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, we offer one complimentary size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, in pristine condition
- Original packaging and documentation must be included
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
If a defect is confirmed by our team, we will:
- Repair the item at no cost to you, or
- Replace it with an identical piece (subject to availability)
This guarantee covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in personal preference
- Sizing issues (please see our exchange policy)
What Constitutes a Manufacturing Defect
- Loose or missing stones
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Structural defects in the metalwork
- Issues with plating or finishing that existed prior to delivery
Damaged During Shipping
Should your jewelry arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging. We will assess the damage and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.
Damage claims must be reported immediately. We cannot accept claims for shipping damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Custom-designed and personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces) are excluded from any exchange policy and cannot be modified once production begins. These pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final upon order confirmation.
